The VA will review your application and issue you a Certificate of Eligibility letter, which confirms your type of benefit, the number of months of benefits remaining, and the date benefits expire.

Enrollment Certification Process
After registering for classes, students who wish to use their VA Education benefits, must submit a Veteran Education Benefits Registration form. This form is available to students via their student account in Loyola Self-Service and must be completed for each semester that you wish to utilize VA education benefits. Âé¶ąPorn's School Certifying Official (SCO) will then certify your enrollment with the VA, which will trigger processing and payment. Only courses that satisfy requirements outlined by the curriculum guide or graduation evaluation form can be certified for VA purposes. If a student takes a course that does not fulfill a program requirement, it cannot be certified for VA purposes. To ensure that payment is not delayed, submit the Loyola Veterans Benefits Registration Form as soon as you are registered.
Monthly Enrollment Verification

Yellow Ribbon Program
Âé¶ąPorn is a participant in the VA's Yellow Ribbon Program. Only individuals using the G.I. Bill® who are entitled at the 100% benefit level (and their eligible dependents) may receive Yellow Ribbon funding, regardless of program or level of study. Loyola University Maryland's School Certifying Official can confirm your participation after review of your Certificate of Eligibility. Maryland National Guard
Âé¶ąPorn waives 50% of a Guard member’s tuition. To receive this benefit, submit a signed copy of your State Tuition Waiver Letter to David Alexander, 410-617-2185. Students must submit this letter each semester, and they are responsible for the remaining tuition and fees (registration, graduation, lab etc.).
